"The service I received from the front desk was excellent. I met different people every time I went to the brnach and all of the staff were very helpful. On the day I was scheduled to move I had no acces to Thornton road from Noble Road in Edmonton as there was a road closure. I went arounnd and around and was unable to find a way to the Access site. The gentleman working offered to meet me at a local depot and showed me the way to the storage centre. This was one of the many examples of good servivce that I have received from Access." F.
