We provide high quality scanning, copying and printing through our partnership with Legastat Ltd., who offer the latest Optical Character Recognition (OCR) services to create editable documents from existing paper files. The security of your documents and data files is of paramount importance. At Access Archive we operate state of the art Redcare fire and intruder alarm systems linked directly to the emergency services manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The alarm systems are linked by both phone and radio, and  is covered by constant digital CCTV surveillance.

Safe

We also offer use of a Burton Data Safe designed to provide 2 hours of fire protection to crucial tapes and CDs.

Document reading room

We provide a document reading room where clients can review data files and documents, but to protect client confidentiality, clients are not permitted to access any other part of the facility. For added security, Access Archive operates a no-access policy and all visits to site are by appointment only.
